My name is Chelsea and I have been a massage therapist since early 2023. I believe everybody and every body is worthy of safe, therapeutic touch. Whether you’re looking to relax, recovering from an injury, or trying to manage chronic pain, massage has many benefits and can be a great addition to your self-care regimen. I believe in leading with kindness and aim to give my clients a judgment-free and caring environment.

At this time, my services include Therapeutic massage and Water Immersion massage. I am also available for Chair Massage events - whether for work appreciation or a baby shower, it can be a delightful and unique addition to any celebration!

My personal style of massage blends Swedish and rehabilitative techniques. Modalities used may include, but are not limited to, sports massage, trigger point therapy, neuromuscular therapy, myofascial release, gua sha, and cupping. I’m committed to continuing my education and can’t wait to add more techniques to the list.

I take a nervous system-first approach, meaning I aim to bring calm to the body and will never push beyond your comfort level. If you’ve ever had a bad experience with a deep tissue massage or even a massage therapist who pushed your boundaries, please consider coming to see me. A massage can be effective without leaving you sick or sore for days (excessive soreness can be a sign of overtreatment). Your comfort and safety will always be my top priority.
